This vintage men’s kimono has been altered and modernized with an original gold screen print portraying the Saskatchewan prairie landscape. It can be worn as a one-of-a-kind house coat or as a blazer. It goes with any casual outfit such as denim or shorts, and the pockets make it convenient for all occasions. The kimono has a denim like fabric.

These kimonos are generally stored in Japan with products such as moth balls to prevent mold or insect damage. If you are hyper sensitive to these types of products, we recommend additional airing, steaming or dry cleaning to remove all chemical residue.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Washing: Avoid washing kimonos in the washing machine. Colors are likely to leak when washed and the fabric (esp. silk) may stiffen. Use cold water and hand wash/patch wash if necessary. Even water may create water stains.
Dry cleaning: If you wish to wash the whole kimono or want to remove a stain/s, please consult a trusted dry cleaner who has dealt with kimonos before or knows how to wash silk. There is always a risk of damaging the fabric.
*Ajisai Kimono can not take responsibility for any damage caused by dry cleaners.
